Today we’d like to introduce you to Johnson Eze
Hi Johnson, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Sure, I’d be happy to share . Currently I am a Student and am pursuing a National Diploma in Business Administration and Management under the school of Business and Management Technology and also a Hospitality Staff Working with a Hotel as a Room Attendant with the passion for rendering an Exceptional Service and keeping a healthy environment .
I was always fascinated by networking and Meeting New people everyday and creating a memorable experience through Exceptional Services. This led me to develop passion for the Hospital industry and being a very Broad business Sector led me to go further in Studying Business Administration and Management in Other to develop and Acquire innovative skills that could aid my contributions to the industry.
As I progressed I was faced challenges in combining work and school which got me more diligent at work and more studious but gradually overcame overcame it by switching to a permanent shift that can aid my daily studies and attendance to school and just earlier this year I was named the BEST EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 2024 and am proud to tell myself that I am being good with what I do and probably making the best choices .
At some points I started making more research and inquiries regarding the hospitality industry and began to develop more interest to work with not just only Hotels but Airlines, Tourism, and Maritime. My Passion for SERVICE got me want to serve not only on land but in the Air and water too. That was how I started craving to become a flight attendant (with the Cabin Crews) on Air.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been that smooth if not for the love and passion. Meeting with different people from all walks of life, different culture, religion, characters and all that. A Hospitality Staff is meant to be Tolerant and Accommodating. You have to give out that Smile even if you don’t feel like smiling, you have to be calm and humble regardless of how the Guests and Clients reacts and you have to make them feel at home even when you’re not comfortable with their presence. That’s what is demanded of a hospitality staff because the industry is broad and Multicultural so therefore you have to be dynamic, adaptive and Socializing to work with the industry and it all take passion to cultivate these essential qualities to scale through.

Aside working with the hospitality industry am also into modeling via Instagram specializing in commercials , fashion and editorial. For just two years now and keeping fit and maintaining good health/lifestyle.
What sets me apart is my approach to my job and how personal I took it up to myself to always make sure to help out or assist in any other department where and when it’s relevant to offer my help and get jobs done to offer to the best quality and timely service and make my clients have full satisfaction and to deliver exceptional results.
How do you define success?
Success Begins when you start working on them even before the actual results.
