Owning a business is challenging – from increasing costs, regulations, competition and more the day to day of being a business owner if often far from glamorous. However, the reason so many of us do what we do is the moments when we are able to come through in a big way for our clients. The moments when we know we’ve made a real difference. Every entrepreneur we know wants to increase the frequency of those moments and so we think one of the best ways to do that is by having people share their stories with others – we can all learn from each other and become better recognizing and executing on opportunities to help our clients win.

One of the most meaningful customer experiences I’ve had through Artria Jewelry was when a customer who had undergone throat surgery came to me looking for a way to cover her scar and feel comfortable and confident again. Together, we designed a custom necklace that allowed her to embrace her new self with pride. Another time, a woman who’d lost her husband brought me her wedding ring, which no longer fit and had missing stones. We transformed it into a pendant and added new gemstones, creating a piece that honored her love story in a new way. Through Artria Jewelry, I also had the opportunity to partner with a non-profit to teach young adults with disabilities jewelry-making skills, empowering them to express their creativity and gain confidence in the process. Helping them build the skills to create jewelry and share their craft with others was incredibly rewarding and affirmed the power of creative work to build community and self-belief. Read more>>

A few years ago, I was contacted by an older woman who needed our help. She didn’t just want our help, She was in a situation where she needed to improve her living situation or else she would need to find a new place to live. Often times I do not meet in person for consultation due to time and logistic constraints. However, I can gauge the situation through a series of assessment questions. My biggest thing I need to be certain is that client is wanting to change their patterns, behaviors and ultimately be willing to let go of their clutter. If I am certain that the client will be invested in the process and that they are looking to make big changes, I will take on the project even if I know it will be messy or very challenging. Our client was excited to work with us from day one. It was a challenging project for several reasons. First the space was a small apartment, so getting around it and through the stuff was physically tricky. Plus our client lives on the 7th floor. So every time we needed to take trips to trash and out for donations, it was a process. Read more>>

One of my most inspiring client success stories is with a highly creative and driven professional and entrepreneur who had come to a place of deep burnout and exhaustion in their work. They were experiencing a resurgence of unresolved childhood trauma alongside an unforgiving work schedule which had more or less brought their life to a standstill. They came to me with a specific ask of supporting them in their process of writing a book while also helping them to work through the exhaustion and stuck trauma in their body, the releasing of which would of course ultimately nourish their creativity. Session by session we made progress. We could start to see the floor. We set up organization systems. Our client had boxes she had not unpacked since she moved in several years prior. She was overbuying because she could not keep track of what she already had in her home. She needed to take a lot of medications and it was hard for her to keep track of all of her bottles. In my youth, I grappled with the challenges of severe acne. Throughout my school years, I was captivated by the myriad of products, devices, and techniques that promised relief, yet many left me with the scars of frustration. Today, I want to share the inspiring journey of my client, a remarkable woman in her late thirties who faced her own struggles with acne. She battled acne craters, hyperpigmentation, and enlarged pores, which took a toll on her confidence. Together, we crafted a personalized treatment plan that included five targeted therapies aimed at reducing pore size and incorporating chemical peels to stimulate cell turnover. The results were nothing short of transformative. Each time she visited, she surrendered herself to the experience, allowing me to work my magic. With each session, she didn’t just relax; I witnessed a profound change as her smile began to emerge after the second treatment. It was a moment that filled my heart with joy. My passion lies in empowering individuals and enhancing their self-esteem. With every treatment, she left feeling more in love with herself, radiating a newfound glow. Her journey is a testament to the power of self-care and the incredible transformations that can occur when we invest in ourselves Read more>>

I was invited to interview as an inspiring entrepreneur and creatives. In 2023, I officially started my small business in Las Vegas, NV. It is called Las Vegas Wedding & Event Decoration Rentals, commonly known as LVWEDRentals. We just launched our website this year as LVWEDRentals.com. In recent years I realized that life is too short to not celebrate all the small and big milestones in our lives. It has become my mission to support each person’s special day like they are part of our own family by providing quality decoration services. Read more>>

Taking extra steps to make it happen is an essential part of my work ethic. As a publicist, I worked with a client in Chicago for the grand opening of her one-of-a-kind flex co-working space, located on Chicago’s South Side in the historic Beverly neighborhood. My diligence and persistence led to coverage of her story on ABC 7 Chicago — which according to Nielsen is the highest-rated and number 1 source for news in Chicago. After reaching out to Emmy Award-winning anchor, Val Warner, not once, not twice, but three times, she responded and told me she would pass my pitch on to the news desk, and she advised me to call to follow up. I started calling the ABC 7 news desk at 7 a.m., the morning of the grand opening. One of the producers told me to call back twice to confirm, and I did, which led to the story airing, and was reported by Emmy Award-winning veteran anchor, Cheryl Burton. TV placements are gold, and this was a defining moment for my client who is a native of Chicago. I facilitated coverage of her story on several other seminal outlets including Fox 32 Chicago and the Chicago Sun-Times. Read more>>

As a photographer I offer a session that not every photographer offers and that session is called “Love beyond loss”. This session is for parents or anyone who has lost a loved one or had a miscarriage. This session brings a lot of tears and joy to my clients because it lets them know that they’re not alone. I love when my clients get emotional during this session because that means the images I send to them, will always have an amazing story behind them. Read more>>

One of the most rewarding success stories I’ve had with my brand involves a customer who struggled for years with persistent acne. Acne, as we all know, is a terrible problem that feels almost impossible to cure. It doesn’t just affect the skin—it impacts self-confidence, daily routines, and overall well-being. This customer had tried everything—prescription treatments, over-the-counter products, and countless natural remedies—but nothing brought lasting relief. When they came across my face cream, which contains a unique blend of 49 all-natural ingredients, they decided to give it a chance. What sets this product apart is how rare and carefully crafted it is, with ingredients that target acne from multiple angles. The cream includes powerful botanicals like Dragon’s Blood, known for its anti-inflammatory and healing properties, which is crucial for reducing redness and calming inflamed skin. Additionally, Helichrysum and Blue Cypress are two potent oils that help speed up skin regeneration and healing, making them perfect for acne scars and damaged skin. Blue Yarrow, with its antibacterial and calming properties, also plays a key role in reducing breakouts while soothing the skin. Together with ingredients like bio-retinol, guava extract, sea buckthorn, and green tea oil, these elements create a comprehensive, rare, and effective solution for acne. Read more>>
