Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ana DeJesus . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Ana, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you manage your own social media?
I currently manage my own social media. The results have been amazing through Facebook especially with the groups local to my area and surrounding areas. It is a wonderful way to advertise what you do locally.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Being someone who was working full time and handling a household of 5 people is not an easy task day in and day out. My mother is one of the people in our home that I also take care of. As a family at one point we felt the pressure of work and having to manage several doctors appointments due to a health scare we had. I felt that I did not have the availability I needed to tend to her needs and the needs of the rest of my family.
So, I took the step of starting ProAssist Services LLC with my husband.
We also have loved ones living out of state and because of this it is always a worry. Who will take care of them in our absence? With the aging community growing all of the time what better way to serve those people who need someone to tend to their needs when family is not able too?
Our goal is to provide safe and reliable transportation services and personal assistance. Transportation services range from airport car services to car service for medical and beauty appointments or any errand you may have. I also stay at all appointments to safely return you back home.
I also provide transportation for after school and school events like practice from sports or clubs for my local area of Winter Springs for the middle and high school.
Personal assistance if you can imagine it as being similar to a mother’s helper. I have helped individuals away on vacation with helping take mail in, check on their pets daily. I even can meal prep cook small meals ahead for your family if needed.
My goal is to bring your life some comfort when it comes to taking care of our elders and children. I take care of your family like my own. If you need something specific we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
What I am most proud of is my reviews, they say it all! I always arrive a bit early to every appointment. I want to ensure my clients know that I take my responsibilities very seriously and their time. My car is always clean and ready for the next transport.
I am CPR certified as well. Licensed and bonded.
In between time I volunteer at my sons schools and for The Good Girls- Oppsie Project helping provide transportation of feminine products to our schools in Seminole County.
My goal is to try and continuously make the community a better and safe place.
How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
When my mother started to have some health issues a couple of years ago my focus had to shift on her for some time. I also have my husband and 2 children and our family had to try and balance work, school and numerous medical appointments. Unfortunately, making it very difficult for my fulltime work schedule. I was constantly having to make up my hours or use vacation time. After some time with this struggle, my husband and I decided that providing transportation services for people in the same position as we were! Transportation of all kinds to help not only our aging members but busy families just like we are.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Social media and my reviews has really helped my business grow.
Having repeat clients spreading the word because I provide safe, reliable services each and every time and treat everyone with care and respect.
