Michelle, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.

Onyx and Wolf is designed by Michelle Peters in Tampa, FL. Over the last several years she has honed her craft in leather working, laser cutting, beading and hand painting to bring customers bright, colorful, and beautiful jewelry. These high quality, one-of-a kind pieces elevate your look with effortless style.
For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
:Creating Onyx and Wolf allows me to express my artistic vision and bring my ideas to fruition. I have the freedom to design and craft unique products that reflect my personal style and creativity. I love working with leather, making statement pieces and creating real wearable art.
As the creator of Onyx and Wolf, I have the freedom to shape my own business and make decisions that align with my values. This includes choosing the materials, production methods, and overall direction of my brand. Being my own boss and pursuing my passion is incredibly rewarding.
The process of creating Onyx and Wolf continues to be a journey of personal growth and self-discovery. I have faced challenges along the way, which has helped me develop new skills, expand my knowledge, and become more resilient. Continuing to see my progress of challenges, progress and improvement is deeply satisfying as an artist and on a spirtual level.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
Onyx and Wolf enjoys designing fashion, keeping up with the trends, new looks , inspiration and colors of the season.
As a desiner, I also feel a strong desire for fashion upcycling and sustainability as an increasingly important in today’s world, where the fashion industry has significant environmental and social impacts.
I love to explore creative ways to repurpose materials and transform them into unique, timeless fashionable pieces.
I thrift or antique shop to mix leather with high end pieces to make something unique and one of a kind for my clients.
Incorporating antiques and vintage elements into my artwork, adds a touch of history and intrigue to my creations. Integrating these elements in innovative ways to create visually captivating and thought-provoking pieces.
My intent is to inspire like minded artists and consumers to connect with a wider artistic community and encourage positive action for the enviroment.
