Jonathan, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Have you ever had an amazing boss, mentor or leader leading you? Can you us a story or anecdote that helps illustrate why this person was such a great leader and the impact they had on you or their team?

Along the way I met up with beautiful people in my Field.but no one like Ruben Figueroa the person that gave me my first opportunity on this side of the world and later became my mentor and good friend……

Jonathan, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

So in the The beginning there was light…….. lol nah just minding so when I Decided to get on this boat olí was fresh out of jail no future no nothing life was looking down on me and there was no future but to go back to what I was doing….but cooking caught my eye and I was hooked on it went to culinary school got my degree and started traveling the work.cooking saved my life

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

So fresh out of culinary I got an offer to go “work”in Brasil at chef Alex atalas restaurant a famous celebrity chef……so when I make to Brasil I walk in and they tell me that the job offer is with no pay for up to 6 months so I had to fink a way to survive if I wanted to learn from one of the worlds most prestigious chefs so I decided to stay and live in one of Brasil a most famous and Dangerous fabelas.I was able to only stay 3 months but man was it worth it….

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

Of course to have my own spot on the world is the biggest one of all but also to be able to help and guide people like I would’ve wanted to be helped and guided so that the trip becomes easier for the ones that struggle.cause man this path is a bumpy road and a little help along the way would mean so much
