The biggest trends in seeing in my industry is hair and lashes vending machines! That’s the THING now! It’s super convenient and affordable opposed to having a store front in my personal opinion.

Hi my name is Shanay however the world calls me Rush Bella. I started my hair company back in 2018 but have change the name.
I’m the owner of Lioness Mane Extensions , a luxurious hair, mink lashes, and hair care company.
I have to admit I can be further than I am now in business if I stayed CONSISTENT!
This time around I’m NOT GIVING UP! I have had one sale since relaunching my business, but I still use social media as a platform to market and create content! One of my biggest achievement while running a business with beauty, it’s being able to interact with different women! From the conservative woman to the wild and free Queen.

Can you open up about how you funded your business?
I actually funded my business with personal money! Living paycheck to paycheck and making sure I invest in my business!
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
A lesson I had to learn was thinking family would be my number one buyers. I was so hurt when my close family would shop elsewhere for the SAME product I was giving! Now I am deciding that my support will always be strangers before folks that know you !
