Innovation has been a cornerstone of my career, especially as someone running both a marketing agency and an events company. One of the most impactful innovations I’ve made came during a time when the events industry was hit hard by external disruptions. Instead of waiting for things to bounce back, I looked at the gaps being created in the market and asked, “What new need is emerging here?” Read more>>

Innovation isn’t always about inventing something brand new — often it’s about finding creative ways to solve problems people face every day. At Sunnie Cosmetics, I’ve built my business around the idea that how you look affects how you feel, and how you feel impacts how you show up in life. Read more>>

One of the most innovative things I’ve done in my career is learning how to build everything I wanted with very limited resources. I used my cybersecurity job to fund my creative projects, but because I couldn’t afford to outsource, I had to teach myself the skills—marketing, sales, self-publishing, ordering clothing samples, even learning trade. God gave me the vision for a Grazing Luxe Runner, and the moment it came to me, I immediately searched for inspiration—only to find that it didn’t exist. A charcuterie service like this simply wasn’t out there. My love for tablescapes, dinner parties, and creating memorable, communal experiences led me to innovate something truly unique for Beau Eats Charcuterie. Read more>>

One of the most innovative contributions I have made in my career has been advancing the deployment of Open Radio Access Networks (Open RAN) and Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS)-based 5G networks at Charter Communications. I was directly involved in implementing cloud-native, containerized RAN systems and provisioning nearly 1,700 strand-mounted radios with 97% system accuracy, using the Airspan Control Platform and dynamic spectrum coordination through the Spectrum Access System (SAS). What made this really exciting was the way it combined spectrum-sharing innovation with Open RAN’s multi-vendor, disaggregated architecture. Read more>>
