The rise of the online legal services industry. As more and more people adopt work from home standards, many more are opting into a convenient way to handle their legal affairs: mobile notary and online notary services.

I started as a real estate agent in NYC in 2017. I quickly did very well for myself within two years was making 6 figures. Then COVID hit and all my revenue vanished. As I was searching for ways to generate income I quickly realized there was a gap in the market for mobile notary services in NYC after a friend of mine introduced me to the insane world of bank & title closing.

We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.

I started doing this as a side hustle when bank and title closings slowed down due to interest rates climbing. So bank and title closings were dwindling. I noticed more and more clients were referring me to get general notary work done as banks were not doing notary work anymore. As my business grew I began to expand. Before you know it: we have the product you see in front of your face today,

Many times I felt like giving up. The long nights… the uncertainty… the loneliness. It was at some point unbearable. My therapist says that I have the: resilience gene. I guess she may be correct as I couldn’t fathom giving up.
