The best and most common device that I give to clients: Stop spending money on stupid shit. A lot of doctors or med spa practice owners get into the industry with this illusion of how to properly grow a med spa. It’s not a simple plug and play unless you are franchised with a large network / financial backing. With that being said, some people have a Field of Dreams mentality of, “if you build it, they will come”; which has been instilled with them by some aesthetic device companies or other financially incentivised institutions. Some practices think paying for ads will be their saving grace, spending thousands and thousands of dollars on fancy apps, digital ads, social media managers, yet they don’t have the disposable income, they don’t have the proper staffing to field leads and they just don’t need some of this stupid shit that they invest in to boost their ego. “If you wouldn’t trust the person injecting your face to take care of you in an emergency… you’re in the wrong chair.” All too often I see corrective consultations on patients that go to “Botox parties” or a “cheap” injector in the hopes of saving money. The power you hold as a consumer to choose your injector is tremendous, and should not be taken lightly by you as the patient. Aesthetic Injectables are very much medical procedures, medications and can have detrimental complications if not performed correctly. Even if performed completely pristine- these medical treatments carry a risk of complications that require an experienced, confident and competent medical provider to care for you during the complication phase. I always tell my patients to let me do the worrying for them when it comes to their procedures because I am confident I can guide their care in the event of a complication. Read more>>

The best advice that I give to my real estate clients, centers on empowering them with knowledge, patience, and clarity in their goals. Here are key points I use to guide them: 1. Know Your Goals: Whether buying, selling, or investing, I encourage my clients to clarify their priorities—budget, location, size, or timeline. This helps streamline the process and ensures they stay focused on what truly matters. 2. Understand the Market: I educate clients on the current market conditions and debunk any myths, misconceptions or false realities surrounding what my clients think they know about the market. Whether it’s a buyer’s or seller’s market, setting realistic expectations for pricing, competition, and timing will help my clients make better-informed decisions. Read more>>
