One of the most important ways to have a large impact in life is by focusing on communities that are ignored and overlooked. These communities are often the ones most in need of help, tools, and services but for a variety of reasons the largest players in most industries chose not to work on serving them. Florida Petite is dedicated to serving a community that is often overlooked in the world of pageantry. Most pageants typically set a height requirement of 5’7″ or taller, which can leave petite women feeling excluded and undervalued. Our pageant, however, is designed specifically for women who are 5’6″ or shorter. Imagine a young woman who has always dreamed of participating in a pageant. Growing up, she admired the grace and poise of pageant queens but felt disheartened by the height requirements that seemed to stand in her way.
