Alexandria, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start big picture – what are some of biggest trends you are seeing in your industry?
The biggest thing trend that I am seeing in Direct Sales, is that so many mom’s are seeing that they can be a SAHM, or work and still be able to bring in some extra money into their home.
That we can raise a business and kids at the same time. That we have something that is ours and we can enjoy doing.
Trends that are in Scentsy right now, the decor that our Warmers and Diffusers bring to your home and office. I absolutely love how our home office team, gets the trends and make it possible for people to add something in their home to make their space pop.

Hey everyone. My name is Alexandria Elliott. I am a mom to 4 +1 amazing kids, yes it is a Frat House here on a daily. I am happily married to the man of dreams. We are a Blended family, and love it. I am a mom to a child on the Spectrum, and he has taught me sooo much. I am a Stage 4 Endometriosis warrior. So, yes, I am a Hot Mess Mama of 4 who has a Scentsy Business.
My days are never the same. Which is why being a Independent Scentsy Consultant aka WaxBoss, fits perfectly into my busy life. I LOVE being able to share a Safe, Fun and decorative alternative to the traditional candle. No flame, No wick, No accidents.

I love my Scentsy business and what it does for me and my family. My confidence has completely gone up. I feel value in being able to be Wife, Mom and Boss. And can work my business while in pain.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Oooo. I LOVE follow up. For me, I want to make sure my clients are happy with their purchase. Me checking in, gives me the opportunity to see if they have been using their products, and if anything is damaged.
Once a client places a order on my website. I reach out within 24 hours to tell them “Thank You” for their purchase and to be on the lookout for a ‘Thank You’ gift from me.
I mail a ‘Thank You’ gift to every single time someone orders from me.
I let the client know when their order has shipped. I then check in 2 weeks to see how they are enjoying their product.
I also have a Scent of the Month club. For those who have ordered within the last 3 months. I send a sample of the Scent of the Month to them.
I send out monthly newsletters to all clients
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Show gratitude. Show grace. Model what you want to see. I can’t expect my team to do certain things, if I am not doing it myself.
