Iysha , appreciate you joining us today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?
My Parents Did Right By Teaching Me The Key Fundamentals of Marketing and Providing and Offering the best customer service for clients or potential clients.
I grew up in an air force military background where I seen both of my parents stay diligently on what ever goals they wanted In life. We traveled a lot so I learned to adapt to several environments and ethnic backgrounds of diversity.
Once my Parents retired from the Air Force my Dad & Mom built a six figure business in an multi level marketing company. My Father paid cash for his dream car and they traveled to Exotic destinations which the company paid for.
I became a business owner but I also learned a lot of strategies from parents about marketing and customer service

I’m the Owner & Founder of Sparkle N Shine Skincare.
Our Mission is to bring out that inner shine that you have always had within.
We go a little bit deeper that just a facial.
I make sure my clients are practicing healthy habits from the inside out providing resources and support. From skincare lifestyle, self esteem goals, mental health, internal health & healing.
I’m proud of myself because I am rated a 5 start business and I’m licensed in several states as a traveling esthetician.
The goal is to inspire, treat, educate as many people about there skincare and self esteem and overall wellness.
I offer several services and products to assist clients and potential clients to become a more improved self when coming to get services with Sparkle N Shine Skincare.
How did you build your audience on social media?
Building a Social Media audience is not easy with the ever changing algorithm and social media frenzy.
I built my social media on staying consistent and providing take aways that my audience can learn something that’s easy to remember. For example I don’t start talking in esthetician terms to my audience because they don’t understand those terms. Instead I talk to them like there Aunti Would. I’m know as “Yo Esti Aunti”
My advice to build a social media presence would be. Just be your authentic self! Don’t try to copy others content and paige because your audience has probably already seen it or know it and they will get board and not engage, share or like… they will just keep scrolling.
