The best advice I can give clients and potential clients is to pay attention to your body! Many times, when women come into the hair loss clinic, they are experiencing issues with their hair and/or scalp. Because our bodies cannot verbally speak there are subtle ways that the body speaks. When we are experiencing issues with our hair it normally stems from something internal. Whether it is poor nutrition which creates vitamin and mineral deficiencies, hormonal issues from childbirth, menopause, or other hormonal issues. The best advice I ever gave a client and give to many clients is to recognize and trust in their ability to create the life they envision. I remind them they have all the power inside them. As an intuitive Shaman, I can see the many different paths they could go and do my best to guide them on the highest one for success, fulfillment, and love. During one of my retreats, one particular client came to me feeling lost, overwhelmed, and stuck in a job that drained them emotionally. I helped guide them through a personalized plan to connect with their inner self, align their energy, and move confidently towards the results they’d been longing for. One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever given to a client, and I have given this often but it came from my belief in allowing space for healing, no matter how long it takes. I told them, “Take your time; I’m right here to walk with you through this journey.” Grief is such a personal experience, and sometimes, there are no words that can ease the pain. There was a moment with one client where they were overwhelmed with sorrow, and the pain seemed unbearable. They didn’t have the energy or the words to express what they were feeling, and all they could do was cry. In that moment, I reminded them that it was okay to cry — that they were in a safe space, and there was no need to hold back. I stayed present with them, offering a nonjudgmental space, where their emotions were allowed to flow freely. Read more>>
