The best advice is one that’s consistent….take actionable steps towards ownership. The first step to aiding a successful long term financial future is simple: start. Often times individuals wait until it’s “too late” to begin establishing additional lucrative income sources. Establish passive income streams while actively playing or entertaining so once it’s time to move on, financially comfortability is sustained. Read more>>

In my practice, I strive to create a space where my client’s higher self can feel safe expressing themselves. In doing so, this allows me to be an open channel for whatever is needed in the moment. I had been working with a client for about a month when an important message from his higher self finally came through. He had been through a series of major accidents and illnesses, all of which seemed to be trying to get his attention so he could shift his behaviors and lifestyle choices. In his initial consultation, he expressed he often did everything the hard way. He thought if it wasn’t painful (even his chiropractic adjustments), he didn’t seem to think it was worth the time. I had decided he needed a more gentle approach, different from any of the other practitioners he had experienced prior to stepping into my office. He seemed to be near his breaking point, struggling with how to move forward in his life, when the message came through to *listen to the whispers* and allow himself to quiet his mind enough to truly feel what his body and soul were trying to communicate with him. It was as if a lightbulb switch was flipped on and he started responding to gentle nudges from the universe in his everyday life. Before long, he was applying what he learned in his job, in his relationships, and most importantly with himself, and he started to see the shifts all around him. He realized he could live life on *easy mode* without going to battle with every situation. He is still a dear friend and I’m forever grateful his higher self came through so clearly that day. The best advice I give to clients is to get clear on her values and visions. When I first begin working with a new client, I have her go through a series of exercises that help her define her priorities and vision for her life. Sometimes this is the first time my client has ever taken the time to think about her life; her wants, needs, aspirations, and goals. Because of this process, permission and time have been given for her to dig deep and dream big. This initial, fundamental step helps us set the foundation for her individualized coaching program, and helps me anchor my client back to her true priorities when problems or challenges arise. Getting clear on her values helps clients not only achieve the goals she sets at the beginning of our coaching relationship, but helps her to sustain them after we’re done working together. My clients will often tell me that they have never felt more mentally clear or fulfilled in their life, and that’s the biggest compliment a client could give me. Read more>>

In my work with clients I see miraculous transformation, expansion and hope in individuals who have walked extremely challenging journeys. It is an honor and a privilege to guide and work as a team with these brave and committed individuals who believe there is something waiting for them beyond their pain. Many of my clients have been suffering for longer than they can remember and their past or current situation may leave them feeling hopeless. Many have been struggling with years of severe chronic pain, anxiety, depression, endured all types of abuse, medical traumas, autoimmune disorders, health challenges, loss, and other trauma’s.
