Some of the best advice I ever gave to a client was that a real estate agent is not there to convince her to buy or sell a house…they are there to provide the resources and guidance needed for that process once SHE has decided that buying or selling is the right thing for her at this time. So many real estate agents can take the approach of trying to convince or push people into buying or selling a home before they are ready. Read more>>

The best advice I have given my clients is to never serve another person while you suffer in silence. The best advice I give my clients is to slow down and actually experience their food. In my coaching programs, one exercise involves having clients practice eating mindfully. Through that experience, they are often blown away by the realization of how rushed their typical eating behavior is which leads many of us to fail to test, smell, or even see what we are consuming. Numerous clients have returned after practicing that exercise to report that with concerted efforts to keep up that practice, they have found that meals are significantly more enjoyable. Read more>>

With the rapidly changing Real Estate Market the best advise I have given and would give is after you have given maximum exposure to the property allow the market to decide the price. The market has been changing very fast with a jump over 30% from 2021 to 2022 so when you are looking at the property understand what has happened in your area but be up to date also of what is currently happening in your area.
