The best advice I gave a client was to “trust the process” We had been looking at homes, for a while, and we were getting beat out in multiple offer situations. My client, as a single mom, had very specific needs & terms that we had to stay in. We finally got an accepted offer, and we were ecstatic, but the inspection highlighted some issues that had us back out of the offer. It was a very hard decision, but we kept our focus on “trust the process” and I was able to get my client home.
