I would say quality! In my opinion, Corporate America is more concerned with profits over the health of individuals’ skin. Since they care more about making money, that means picking lower quality ingredients that only harm the health of the skin in the long run. I believe the perspective of leadership is something many supervisors, directors, managers, etc. get wrong in Corporate. Many people view leadership as a dictator position and not a servant position.
