I have found that when in the midst of hardships and challenges it has allowed me to evaluate my options on how to grow around these situations. Having faith in my ability to move onward and seek out people and resources that support and encourage my growth and lifelong learning has provided me a foundation of opportunities to grow a private practice, write books, and present to communities, organizations, and agencies. Perseverance to never ever stop pursing your dream even when things get rough, tough, or slow you have to keep pushing forward. Patience because even when you have a game plan or an idea of what you’re going to do to make your dream come true it doesn’t always work like that. Set backs are bound to happen, bumps in the road will always be there, and even people to stop you from achieving what you desire the most. And lastly for me faith. Having faith is such a hard process to do because you have to trust that everything will workout even when all your getting is negative outcomes because you can have a game plan and have everything set out but if it doesn’t flow with the plan He has for you he’ll make sure to change it and you just have to trust that what will be will be. Anything worth while takes a lot of work and time. Success doesn’t happen over night. It takes being dedicated and disciplined in your actions and giving 100% of your efforts whether you’re at your best or your worst. Success is a multifaceted concept, and success can vary greatly depending on one’s goals, values, and circumstances. I know how to be successful by setting clear goals, being resilient, continuous learning, hard work, networking and relationships, being adaptable, having a passion and purpose, being focused, effective time management and sticking to your values. Even though I am only 26 years old, I don’t have a lot of success stories, but I know it took Thomas Edison, who famously said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work” while developing the light bulb. It is important never to give up; even if it is tough, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Read more>>

I believe in the simple practice of never quitting. I’m big on the understanding of universal laws such as attraction, thinking, and obedience. Although “never quitting” isn’t directly listed, I believe it’s a driving force behind these laws because should you quit none of these laws unfold. Look at it like running, to improve your cardio you have to push passed the points of being tired to reach a new height in your stamina. Read more>>
