When I first started out I had a good bit of support from friends and family in 2020 but as the time past I started losing my customers due to it being multiple entrepreneurs in my local city selling the same products with different quality and most of them got customers base on popularity not professionalism. 2021 i rebranded and reached out for help again due to me being ready to open up my store front and most of them refused the offer again me knowing that I was only trying to put us all in a position to win together. As of 2022 I made my 3rd attempt to reach out to the ones I genuinely care for to see if they are serious about their future and life goal at becoming a better them and I got the same results. Word of mouth is so incredibly important in my industry. Social media and marketing can only do so much but if your repeat client refers you to her friend and they recommend you to another, it becomes quite the snowball effect. I work hard to make sure my clients receive the best of the best service, experience and products, so hearing about them referring me to others is such an amazing feeling! Read more>>

At first I had wanted to do a soft opening of my business by working events quietly and without advertisement in order to gain more experience. I was nervous about jumping into something new with both feet. But as I was putting together a project my husband told me he wanted to take a picture to celebrate my new endeavor. He posted it to social media excitedly reporting to our network of friends and family that I was starting a new business. Amazingly, I never had to ask for the support I received. I was overwhelmed to say the least. Read more>>

Don’t . Most of the time they may support or buy once or twice but you cannot focus on them. Honestly your better off asking your friends and family to just share your posts of course if they wanna buy or get a service from you let them but DO NOT DISCOUNT IT. Bartering is okay at first if they have another valuable service they can render you as well but most do the time that is not the case . I have a set 4/5 people in my family and friends who support and buy from me , then I have other who comment on my post and share my posts, and that’s okay. I have also had a very close family member tell me it wasn’t a real career or job. Read more>>

Asking people in general to support you where I come from is tough in general. Family support is a beautiful blessing to have in an enormous climb to be your best- I lack that. I do not have that so I tend to share success with a small team of people I consider a family and that is just as important. If you let the universe works itself in its own behalf, and support what/who you enjoy even if the support isn’t reciprocated, you’ll get the blessing you have earned. Read more>>

In the beginning I think everyone has there head in the clouds when it comes to sharing a new idea, and as excited as we are we tend to expect others to feel the same way. The problem is that those closest to you dontwant to see you get hurt. They may have been burned on a failed attempt in there own past, or that just can’t visualize your dream the way you can. It’s not really until you have proven results that they start to come over to your side. The flipside is that there always seems to be small portion that will always support win, lose, or draw when it gets tough those are the people you can rely on the most. Read more>>
