One of the biggest trends that we see today is that clients are asking to use more one of a kind pieces in their homes. Whether we find these pieces for them or the own a piece that has been with them for generations. We are using a lot of hand carved and hand-crafted pieces that lend a unique touch to every space that we design. As a makeup artist in today’s world, we find ourselves constantly surrounded by what’s new, what’s trendy, who’s using what new product, and what do I feel obligated to buy next. Most of us don’t have a disposable income to spend on every new product that hits the shelves or thats suggested by tiktokers. Makeup expires, it sits on our shelves and eventually it gets thrown away. I personally hate how wasteful being a makeup artist is.
