Having new or innovative ideas is essential to pushing the world forward and so we asked the community to share stories of the most innovative things they’ve done in their career. Our hope is to inspire folks who think only scientists or tech-wizards can innovate – innovation is possible for everyone, regardless of job title or function, industry or geography.

I created a popular workshop theme titled – Watercolor Meditation. This is a combination of simple and easy breathing exercises that are coupled together with a watercolor technique. The result is a relaxing experience that helps someone get out of their head and onto the paper. This concept has been a hit with my community (had over 900+ signups for a virtual class) and also my corporate clients like Michaels, Meta, Home Depot and others. Read more>>

I had the logo for the company illustrated as this little blue school bus. Read more>>

One of the most innovative thing I have done in my career is networking with other local lash artists and thoroughly learn how to manage my finances as a business owner. Theres an immediate grounds of understanding with those who are in the same industry as you. You learn from each others mistakes and continue brainstorming ideas on how to elevate your businesses. Being open to learning from those in my industry has made me feel less alone while trying to understand the intricacy of running a business that is profitable. Read more>>

I’ve been unremittingly challenging the status quos of the society, be it my academics, passion, or my social life. Also, I’m someone who has always believed that there’s something to learn even from the so-called dumbest person one could ever meet. All it requires is some dynamic & disruptive thinking. To give you an example, once I was helping this acquaintance of mine who ran clubs in school, in designing a Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) curriculum for one of her clients, which was a school in Delhi.
