Dr. Roger Lee Mendoza

I went for higher education in three different countries (the Philippines, Canada, and the United States), and did a summer course in a fourth one (England). Learning to live on my own was a bit challenging at first. I almost set our residence hall (dorm) on fire when I tried using the oven for the first time. I went grocery-shopping for two chicken drumsticks earlier in the day and set out to bake them in our common kitchen to impress my girlfriend. But I guess I set the oven timer too long. Read more>>

I was very fortunate to go to a chiropractic college that emphasized the importance being true to yourself and taking care of yourself as a prerequisite to being able to take care of others. In addition to learning about the body and how to adjust it, we were also taught how important it is to believe in yourself and your work. Through different training groups, mentors and seminars I learned how to become more self aware and conscious of not just the physical aspects of working with a person but the energetic aspects as well. Forever a learner…One thing from my experience and clinical training was that the text book is not the real world. I’ve learned all about brains, personalities, diagnoses and interventions to treat them.
