I do a little bit of both when it comes to our social media. As the owner and lead designer of SBS Designs, I’ve realized I can ‘t do everything. There’s just not enough hours in the day. I have tried to outsource all of our social media to interns or other employees in the company, but I like to control our narrative. After years of trying to grow our accounts and hack the system, I’ve learned to outsource part of our social media and control the rest. I manage my own social media, but I do wish that I could trust someone as detailed, creative, and that just understands social media as much as I do. I have a problem with being consistent, but when I do post content it draws people in. As a creative, at times it is hard to get your creative juices flowing. So, that’s when the consistency starts to decrease. I suggest that if you can afford to hire someone who sees the vision of your business the way you see it, to run your social media or at least pick up where you lack. Read more>>
