I’m currently managing my own social media account, but I might think about bringing on a social media team eventually. I enjoy sharing content that I believe is meaningful and relevant to my clients. When it comes to interacting with other businesses, I value transparency and authenticity, so I make sure to post my own content and material. I also create my content and reels with my own camera or drone! Read more>>

I manage my own social media accounts right now , and I would love to as I continue to grow . I made that decision because I want to have and maintain a personal connection and so far it’s been amazing ! , but I do know there are many challenges with that and the more you are active within your community on and off line, attending events etc, it can be difficult to do it all and make sure your are at 100% across the board. So I am open to bringing in a family that could help me manage them while still having that same level of engagement with my supporters knowing they are still hearing from me , they’re my besties !. I manage my own social media fully to the extent. Social media and publically posting continously as an “underrated” content creator is a hobby I satisfyingly enjoy within my day to day life in sharing my favorite outfits/style with my viewers. I have been working full time as a lifestyle blogger and social media content creator for over 8 years. I have always managed everything to do with my business by myself, which was much easier to do before I became a mom. Now that I am a work-from home-mom taking care of my baby boy all day, I have had to make some changes to the way I run my business. In the past, I could be a bit of a workaholic, but the reality is that I just can’t get as much done as I did back then, and that’s ok because that’s the stage of life I’m in. I have had to learn ways to get more done in less time. Now I try to get all of my work done when my son is napping or after he has gone to bed if there was something that couldn’t get done earlier that day. Read more>>

After a highly successful career in New York real estate, I made a strategic shift to lead sales at Felene across five diverse markets. My unwavering commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation drives me to build a dynamic and sustainable business environment where quality, customer satisfaction, and community impact are always at the forefront. My journey with Felene began as the Social Media Manager. Recognizing my adept use of social media in real estate, Tim Kelly, our CEO and Founder, invited me to manage Felene’s social media presence. I eagerly embraced this opportunity, as I had already developed a profound passion for our product and was enthusiastically sharing it with my network. Read more>>

Social media is a huge aspect of any business at this point in time, for big businesses as well as for the small businesses. While it’s a helpful tool, it’s also incredibly intimidating. If you look back 10 years, you could see small businesses making some Facebook posts (possibly using instagram too), and that’s how they would spread the word of what they have to offer in their area. Since then, the social media movement has exploded and the time commitment and the attention to what is treading, rather than just natural flow. The algorithm and reach determine your following and often how you can get Clients, and it’s a lot to think about, and I think it makes people become really competitive in the field. I am currently managing my own social media, and I will say that it can get time consuming between posting my work and then brainstorming ideas for reels and trends to get a higher reach. I usually try to preschedule my content for social media a month in advance, but it’s not always possible as the trends can come and go, sometimes within the matter of days. Read more>>
