When I broke on the scene in 2014-2017 with my own radio show, called “Know Your Worth Radio Show” that was the start of an incredible journey in the space of entertainment and being a creative. My publicist at the time asked me if I ever thought about bringing on an Agent or seeking out an Agent for representation? I told my Publicist that I thought your job and an Agent were one in the same, she laughed and then schooled me at the same time lol. In a creative field, it’s necessary to have someone trustworthy to represent you. It’s not possible to handle all the business and prospecting as a model while performing at your best. Not only this, but much of fashion is based on relationships and trust. The client needs to know that they are hiring a top model that looks like their pictures and has correct measurements. This is one of the many reasons clients tend to book with agents they know and use the same bookers over and over again. Read more>>
Kieran Harris

Wreck League has been a band for three years, with a revolving rotation. Maxwell Souders and Kieran Harris grew up together in Dayton, Ohio, and began playing music together at the age of fifteen. They were in multiple projects together and apart before starting Wreck League. After two years in 2021, Wreck League was offered a record deal with Invention City Records in Dayton, Ohio. The contract lasted a year and a half, where the band recorded their debut album “Break of Time”. As of spring 2023, Wreck League has been self recording their second album which is set to come out this fall. The album was recorded in northern Michigan, where the band spent a week together in a remote cabin. The band just released the first single from the upcoming album titled “From the Bone”.
