There’s a concept of the Matthew Effect which uses math to illustrate what folks have lamented about for thousands of years – the rich get richer while the poor get poorer. Take tech for example – the rich and poor often have different problems, but because it’s more profitable to solve problems for the wealthy a disproportionate share of tech innovation focuses on solving problems for the affluent. However, it doesn’t have to be this way – and we have been blown away by the thousands of members of our community who have devoted their lives through their businesses, organizations and art to serve the underserved.

Yes, Family and Pet Estate Planning LLC is dedicated to serving several underserved communities, including homeschoolers, blended families, and families with young or disabled children. These groups often have unique needs that are not fully addressed by traditional estate planning, and we are committed to helping them navigate these complexities. For families with disabled children or loved ones, the need for careful estate planning is especially critical. Many of these families are unaware that they can create a special needs trust to ensure their loved ones continue to receive the care and benefits they need, even after they’re gone. Without this type of trust, a disabled child or dependent adult may lose access to government benefits like Medicaid or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). A special needs trust allows families to set aside funds to care for their loved ones without jeopardizing these essential benefits. Read more>>

These institutions often “are limited in their ability to provide at scale modern, industry-based practices, certifications, and resources because of budget constraints. This reality drives our commitment to preparing the next generation of leaders for success. Read more>>

One of the ways my production company stands out is that we work with non-profits focused on creating sustainable communities. A project that stands out for me is when we partnered with E4 Project to help them create photo & video material needed for three years worth of fundraising & marketing relating to a hospital they support in Nebobongo, D.R. Congo. We created a plan which allowed us to maximize the growth potential of the organization with our time on location. A few of the projects which were completed through our efforts include: Read more>>
