Roses Esthetics is a reflection of my personal journey toward self-love and confidence, inspired by experiences that taught me the importance of inner beauty and resilience. The name connects deeply to my last name, Rosas, which means “rose” in English—a symbol of grace and strength. Growing up in Queens, New York, I faced insecurities stemming from a birthmark that not only drew attention but also posed health risks, leading to emotionally and physically challenging surgeries at a young age. These challenges fueled my passion for creating a space where others feel seen, valued, and confident in their own skin. Roses Esthetics is more than a business; it’s a sanctuary where beauty goes beyond the surface, empowering clients to embrace their individuality and prioritize self-care, just as I have learned to do.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

The road to building Roses Esthetics has been far from smooth, but every challenge has shaped me and the business into what it is today. One of the biggest hurdles was starting out with limited resources and navigating the complexities of entrepreneurship on my own. Balancing the financial demands of launching and maintaining a business while building a client base from scratch was incredibly daunting. There were moments of self-doubt and fear of failure, but I knew I had to keep pushing forward. Another struggle was learning to stand out in a competitive industry. It took time and effort to develop my unique approach to esthetics, focusing on personalized care and creating a calming, supportive environment for my clients. Additionally, personal challenges, like managing my carpal tunnel, forced me to reassess my services and adapt, which was both humbling and frustrating.

At Roses Esthetics, I specialize in delivering high-quality, personalized beauty and self-care services, with a focus on professional waxing and relaxation treatments in a warm, calming environment where clients feel at ease. Their positive feedback, highlighting my professionalism and dedication, reinforces my commitment to providing exceptional service.
