Today we’d like to introduce you to Jemel Frank .

Hi Jemel, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started writing music in 6th grade, inspired by my crush on Vanessa Anne Hudgens and a burning desire to meet her one day. Since then, I have honed my craft, drawing inspiration from a variety of musical influences, including Speaker Knockerz, Biggie, and La Capone.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It wasn’t a smooth road. I stopped making music for a while because I financial problems, that me look away from my dream and focus on working a 9-5

I am a musical genius. I focus on rap but I can sing a little and have some rnb songs. I’m very versatile. I’m known for switching up my flows in my songs. I have my own style and try to focus on being myself

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Me being genuine and humble.
