My journey started when I made the decision to take control of my health. I had struggled with my weight for years, peaking at a weight of 300lbs in 2024, trying different things but never finding something that truly worked for me long-term. That all changed when I found a structured nutrition and lifestyle program that finally helped me break old habits and build a healthier relationship with food. In just 10 months, I lost 140 lbs, but more importantly, I gained confidence, energy, and a completely new mindset around health and wellness.
Seeing the impact this had on my life, I felt called to pay it forward.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Any big transformation comes with challenges, and mine was no different.
In the beginning, the hardest part was breaking old habits and learning to prioritize my health in a sustainable way. I had spent years in a cycle of dieting, losing weight, and gaining it back, so I had to completely shift my mindset. There were moments of self-doubt, times when I felt frustrated, and times when I questioned whether I could really stick with it.
Social situations were also tough. Learning to navigate events, dinners, and celebrations without falling back into old patterns took time. But as I focused more on the bigger picture—how I was feeling, my energy levels, and the confidence I was building—it became easier to make choices that aligned with my goals.
Now, as a coach, a new set of challenges has come with stepping into a leadership role. I want to help as many people as possible, and that means constantly growing, learning, and pushing myself outside my comfort zone. But every struggle has been worth it because the rewards—both for myself and the people I get to support—are life-changing.

I’m a health and wellness coach, and my passion is helping others achieve sustainable, long-term transformation—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I specialize in accountability, guiding my clients through their journeys with support, encouragement, and practical tools to help them stay consistent. My own experience with losing 140 lbs and completely changing my lifestyle gives me a unique perspective, allowing me to connect with my clients on a deeper level because I’ve been in their shoes.
What I’m most proud of is the impact I’m making. Seeing my clients celebrate their wins—whether it’s more energy, increased confidence, or simply feeling better in their own skin—is what fuels me every day. It’s not just about weight loss; it’s about building a healthier, more fulfilling life.
What sets me apart is my emphasis on mindset and accountability. I don’t just focus on the number on the scale—I help people shift their thinking, break old patterns, and develop habits that will serve them for the long haul. I lead with authenticity, sharing my own struggles and successes openly so that my clients feel supported and empowered every step of the way.
