Today we’d like to introduce you to Amanda Miceli.
Hi Amanda, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Sharing one’s story is an interesting thing, when you think about it, everyone in life is just walking around and sharing their story in some way or another. Whether it is through conversation, relationships, art, books, etc.
To share a little bit more about my story, it all starts with the creativity and passion that fuels the fire path I blaze forward on. I have always been an artistic individual, painting, dancing, writing, reading, listening to music, really anything you can think of that is creative. Along with being artistic, I have always been someone who likes to walk to the beat of their own drum. My parents raised me to be myself, and be an individual, and that is exactly what I do.
I am originally from Green Bay Wisconsin, where I graduated with my degree in Business Management. After college, I set off to Naples Florida, where I started my first business, The BOLD Marketing Agency. After a few years of living in Florida, I headed back to Wisconsin, where I instantly fell back in love with what I didn’t realize I was missing. The Wisconsin Business World represents genuineness, authenticity, innovation, and passion – all aspects of myself and my business that I value most.
My personal mission in life is to continue to influence and assist individuals in being their most authentic selves. & that is exactly what I do through my creative agency The BOLD Marketing Agency, through being a Fashion Designer, and through just being an everyday human being.
As we get older, parts of our story get left behind, and while this is a snit bit at mine, it is amazing to continue to travel through my journey, and get to share pieces with all of you.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I like to consider it more of a smooth ROLLER COASTER. Life, and entrepreneurship is full of twists and turns, some good, some not as much. However, it is all apart of the evs and flows of it all.
For every obstacle I have encountered along the way, has always been an opportunity for something even better. I look at everything through the lens of, “what is this teaching me?”. There is always a reason for it all. Although that may seem cheesy, and what a lot of people say, it is truly the best advice.
I enjoy speaking on the topic of my challenges, both personally and professionally, as I believe it is something that is not talked about enough, as it is a very vulnerable thing to do. There is a misconception that social media and society has created, that success can happen over night. That is almost NEVER the case. Life, and entrepreneurship, likes to bring you to your knees, right before it lifts you up. I have learned that through my own personal journey, as well as through every other business owner I have spoke with about their journey as well.
I would love to speak more in depth on my personal challenges, for those who are interested. Please personally reach out for a call, meeting, interview, etc.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an artist in so many ways.
Personally, my top favorite creative endeavors are painting and fashion design. I recently had the opportunity to throw my first fashion show, and created 12 of my own pieces for the show. It was a dream come true to see my art on models, and over 150 people cheering it on.
I have always created abstract paintings, inspired by life, people, music, fashion, writings, and more. This continued to translate into my clothing and style throughout the years, where I would upscale articles of clothing, as well as paint on them. To me, fashion is an invitation into who you are, and you have the freedom to represent that how you would like.
On top of being a painter and a fashion designer, I also am the CEO & Founder of The BOLD Marketing Agency, a creative agency that works with ambitious entrepreneurs to market fashionable brands through creative marketing solutions. This is yet another outlet for my creativity, as I get to design businesses through branding, social media, websites, creative direction, and more. This is also a way to work with other incredible individuals who are harnessing their talents and putting it out into the world.
My creative journey continues to evolve through the years, and I could not be more thankful for that. I love being able to continue to carry on with my mission in life, of influencing and assisting others in being their most authentic selves, through every aspect of my life.
To follow along on my BOLD journey, follow me on all socials.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
While Covid brought chaos, it also brought a new perspective to the business world.
Covid showed that for so many jobs, we can do them from anywhere. Working in person is great, however, when you give employees the opportunity to work remotely and have the comfortability of working from home, as well as the freedom to work from wherever, it is exactly what a lot of people want, and are more likely to be apart of the team, and stay there for the long while.
Along with the transition for more positions to work remotely, it also encouraged many individuals to start their own small businesses, and take charge of their own finances through their talents and creativity, which I think is such a beautiful thing!
