Sometimes, when operating a family business, there will be differences of opinion. It’s inevitable, really. We’ve all heard old adages about there being too many cooks in the kitchen and how it can be counter-productive, but I think one good approach to mitigating some of these obstacles is having a partner or a team that trusts you and your decisions, even if they might not 100% agree with them.
