Hi Natrell, thanks for joining us today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?

Juniper Rose Hair & Body Oil- This is definitely my second child I created this oil because I wanted to make something that heals the hair and scalp follicles as well as the skin. I wanted to smell good not have a headache later and feel sexy. I created something that’s healing & nourishing! The Benefits of each herbs is magnificent just because we as women and men don’t really educate ourselves on what heals our beautiful skin. What will nourish and promote beauty ,length or regrowth as well. I feel that I am blessed to be able to help based off my talents & knowledge as stated before NATRELLSNATURALS LLC is trying to heal the WORLD one scalp , one body at a time. My oil has help, Eczema, Hidradenitis Suppurativa, Ingrown hair bumps, & Cured hair growth retention that’s just to name a few. I knew that my oil was working truly and I knew no one was just saying great job to appease me when I had a family member confide in me about there skin condition (HS). As I mention above she stated that since using my oil. She stated that before my oil she was always in pain very uncomfortable and ready for it all to end with her skin. She stated she had skin discoloration from it and that it just made her feel everyone could see it even though knowing they can’t. With her using Juniper Rose Hair & Body oil she definitely swears by it and always have to have it!!! Almost a year now she totally swears by it!!! I am Natrell D. Owner & CEO of NatrellsNaturals LLC. I’m a Master Cosmetologist/Master Herbalist. I specialize in hair growth retention, skin lesions, issues of skin or body through natural herbs & plants along with my Cosmetologist knowledge. My mane focus is always “Defining Natural Beauty” as I always say to my clients. My main goal and perspective is to heal the world one scalp, one body at a time. A lot of my clients come to me because they are either having some kind of thinning going on in the scalp area or a skin condition that hinders them from truly being their true self. All my product are hand made and crafted with love ,light & straight positivity. I just try to give all my clients complete understanding guidance through their hair journey or their skin journey. I advise them we are what we eat! If we are not taking care of our bodies on the inside then it won’t take care of us on the outside. I try to get everyone to understand everyone’s natural hair journey; skin journey is different from the next. I advise them to remain positive drink lots of water. With this you will see difference and also thank me because I have awaken them to a different view to maintain a healthy hair & skin life style.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

February 20, 2021 I broke my leg in 3 places. My Salon Suite was going on 2yrs of business & my 1st magazine article was coming out all while I was laying up in Emory recovering my feelings upset questioning GOD. I didn’t know what will happen or where I would go or turn next! Now yes in a blink of an eye my life CHANGED tremendously in my business & also a lot of my friendships & personal relationships as well this showed my people growth and myself as a person. My resilience thru this journey then & even still now is NEVER GIVE UP!!! KEEP GOING!!! When you have people depending on you, knowing that I had clients depending on me, my daughter depending on me all this gave me HOPE, this also helped bring me out my funk!! The hope, courage, & drive to keep going. I say that transparently because we all as entrepreneurs go thru ups downs just as the next it’s the drive that pushes us to makes you keep going. Knowing that I have healed and will heal the next with NatrellsNaturals Products “Defining Natural Beauty” at a time. This gives me such a rush to know this is all for a major purpose in the end and I know in my HEART its all worth it. TRULY!!

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

I would have to say my honesty. People want you to be honest with them not just take there money just be honest about there hair and especially there skin! They want you to tell them what will really work and what will not!! So because of this I believe the loyalty keeps coming and for that Im GRATEFUL!!!
