We’ve always tried to ask the questions that matter but that are too awkward for people to ask their friends, family and coworkers without seeming dramatic. One of those questions is about mission and purpose – when’s the last time you asked a friend what their mission was? Too often we don’t talk about our own missions and don’t ask those close to us about theirs with the result being that our missions remain secret. Are you just a doctor or are you a doctor who wants to be there for patients in the way you wished your father’s doctor had been? People have incredible and meaningful missions, and we hope our conversations asking folks about their mission can inspire more such conversations in your life.

My mission with music is to create an open opportunity for expression. To me music is a means of expressing and a great means to communicate. Things others are afraid to say can be expressed for them through you, through relatable topics. For every mood you have there is music that you can listen to for that feeling. Read more>>

I’m on a mission to write stories that encourage a weary heart to keep smiling. Stories the encourage young women to keep following the Lord no matter what challenges arise. As a young teen, my family moved to a new state and I lost all the community and stability I had in my life. I knew that God had a plan in all of it, but as a young teen I was so mad at the Lord. I was choosing God’s ways over mine, even when I couldn’t understand. Read more>>

Since having solidified transactional strategies are crucial to business success, one of the main pillars of my firm, Prexsentials LLC, is to democratize best-in-class transactional solutions by making these solutions affordable and accessible to all entrepreneurs and emerging companies. For as long as I can remember, I have been an athlete. I grew up in an environment where the basketball court and weight room were my second home, so when I graduated from playing college basketball in May 2023, the easiest transition for me was from being a full time athlete to becoming a fitness coach. The first place that I began training at was Equinox. I loved it there, it was a luxury fitness center but I found that I was one of few women in the gym, not only as a trainer, but as a female on the gym floor! Many of my girlfriends wanted to train with me, but they would ask to workout outside of the gym where they felt intimidated by the male dominated space and overwhelmed by the equipment that they had never seen or used before. My mission with both of my business entities is to serve, support, empower, inspire, and influence others. How do you overcome adversity when you are alone and don’t know which way to turn? Or, you may face the fear of the unknown. You may not feel worthy or deserving of greater things. You may not know or have no identity or purpose in yourself. My audience is for those who can relate to any of these categories. With my non-profit organization, we create a haven of community support for expecting moms, new moms, and single moms. We provide resources while building community and relationships. We inspire women to find and fulfill their purposes and identities, embracing vulnerability and using their traumatic wounds for greater glory. Read more>>
