Alright, ZURISADAI thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

I have always love to host party for my family and close friends. While enjoying time with my family I realize the passion I had for events and sweets, being able to set up an event along with a treat table that match the theme is unique for me. The moment I realized that was a good idea was when I had to stayed at home with my kids. I work on the treats during the week while events on the weekend.

ZURISADAI , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I entered the industry in 2020 when I was layoff from my 9-5 job. Soon after I found out that I was expecting my second child. In 2021, after I had my daughter and finding myself with two little one I decided to stay at home. Im in the industry of events and sweets, I’m able to create amazing thing with balloons and chocolate. I provide luxury treats and back drop set up. I always go an extra mile for my client and customer service is what set me apart from my colleagues. From the moment that client send me a message via my Website, Instagram, or Facebook; I make sure to offer my 100% to the client, I first listen to their ideas, budget and expectations, after that I work hard to guarantee the best service to my client. I contact them several time to give them updates, check with them, I don’t leave the event until the client is satisfied. Also, I make sure my area is always clean before I head out, following up with a thank you message for choosing me among others. I am proud of being a college student almost achieving my associate in accounting while being a stay at home mom for my two kids and being a business owner.

How did you build your audience on social media?

Intagram and Facebook are the main platform I use for my business, Posting everything day and being consistent on social media have always my form of getting potential client.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

The best source of client is doing community event with non for profit organization, setting up backdrop for my neighborhood during the major holidays. Also, my dad has been a great source of new client.
