We were lucky to catch up with Zsa-Zsa Rosado recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Zsa-Zsa thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.
One of the key risks I have taken in my career was transitioning from a stabilized leasing environment into a brand-new lease-up community, where I had to shift from maintaining an established property to helping build momentum from the ground up, creating strong first impressions, and contributing to the foundation of a successful launch. With experience in stabilized multifamily leasing, I understood the core expectations of the industry, but I chose to step into a faster-paced and more dynamic environment to challenge myself and grow beyond my comfort zone. That decision strengthened my adaptability, consistency, and ability to perform in high-pressure situations while being part of a team responsible for launching a new community, and it ultimately shaped the way I approach growth, responsibility, and opportunity in my career moving forward.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I specialize in leasing and helping individuals and families find not just an apartment, but a place that truly feels like home and fits their lifestyle and needs. I focus on creating a smooth, welcoming, and personal experience from the very first interaction through move in, taking the time to listen, understand what matters most to each person, and guide them toward a home where they can feel comfortable, safe, and excited about their next chapter.
In addition to leasing, I’ve also had the opportunity to contribute to community marketing and social media, helping showcase the lifestyle and personality of the community through creative and authentic content. One of my proudest moments was having a video reposted by a national property management platform, which felt like meaningful recognition of both teamwork and the story we were able to share.
What I enjoy most about my role is the human connection behind it, being someone who listens without rushing, understands without assuming, and genuinely cares about matching people with a space that feels right for them. I love being part of those moments where someone walks in unsure and leaves feeling like they have found home.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
What has helped me build my reputation in the market is being intentional about visibility, consistency, and authenticity. A big part of my approach has been local outreach, connecting with nearby businesses, introducing the community I represent, and building genuine relationships that create awareness and trust over time.
In addition to in-person outreach, I’ve also used social media as a storytelling tool to showcase the personality behind the community. I’ve incorporated more face-to-camera content and highlighted the team in a natural and authentic way to create a stronger connection with the audience. This combination of real-world engagement and digital presence has helped me build recognition, relatability, and a stronger overall presence in the local market.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The best strategy to grow clients is to focus on consistency, visibility, and relationships. Stay active where your ideal clients already are whether that’s social media, local community events, or referrals and make sure you’re showing up regularly with value, not just promotion. Build trust by being responsive, following up quickly, and personalizing your communication so people feel remembered, not treated like a number. Over time, strong word-of-mouth and repeat connections will grow your client base more than one-time marketing pushes ever will.
