What’s biggest challenge to profitability in your industry?

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
One of the most defining moments in my journey that illustrates resilience happened early in my career when I was just starting out in the field of hypnotherapy. Like many others embarking on a new path, I faced skepticism and resistance from people who didn’t fully understand the power of the mind or the transformative potential of hypnosis. At times, it felt like I was swimming against the tide, trying to introduce a practice that was ahead of its time.
There was one particular moment that tested my resolve. I had organized a workshop to introduce people to the benefits of hypnosis, but only a handful of attendees showed up. It would have been easy to feel defeated, to question my purpose, or to consider abandoning the path I was so passionate about. But instead of letting disappointment define me, I used it as fuel to push forward. I decided to make those few attendees the best ambassadors of my work by pouring everything I had into that session. I focused on making it a transformational experience for each person there.
The results were extraordinary. Those attendees not only experienced powerful breakthroughs but also became advocates for my work, sharing their experiences with others. That small workshop sparked a ripple effect, and soon, word-of-mouth referrals began to grow. It taught me a powerful lesson about resilience: It’s not about the number of people who show up at first, but about the impact you make on those who do. That moment solidified my belief in my purpose and my ability to persevere, even in the face of obstacles.
Since then, I’ve faced other challenges, but that experience remains a cornerstone of my resilience. When I moved from hypnotherapy to hypnotic coaching I found resistance from peers and public. I remembered my early experience and it reminded me that every setback is an opportunity to realign, recommit, and ultimately triumph. It’s this resilience that I bring into every program, every session, and every interaction, inspiring my clients to cultivate the same strength within themselves.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Building my social media presence was not something that happened overnight—it was a journey of learning, adapting, and connecting with my audience in authentic and meaningful ways. When I first started, I was unsure about how to use social media effectively. I knew I had a powerful message to share, but finding a way to communicate it to a global audience felt daunting. I decided to approach it the same way I approach my work with clients: with clarity, consistency, and a focus on value.
I began by defining my mission—to inspire and empower people to transform their lives through mindset and hypnosis. With that mission in mind, I started creating content that was both educational and engaging. I shared stories, insights, and actionable tips that aligned with my expertise and resonated with the needs of my audience. I was consistent, posting regularly and experimenting with different formats—videos, posts, live sessions, and interactive polls—to see what connected most with my followers.
As my audience began to grow, I prioritized engagement over numbers. I responded to comments, answered questions, and truly listened to my audience. Social media became more than just a platform for promotion; it became a space for meaningful dialogue. I also collaborated with others in my field, leveraging partnerships to reach wider audiences while staying true to my message.
