We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Zoë Arnold a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Zoë, appreciate you joining us today. Going back to the beginning – how did you come up with the idea in the first place?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an inner knowing that I was meant to be of service to others- that my life was meant to create meaningful impact. But for years, I wasn’t sure what that looked like. I was always searching for that deeper purpose, wondering how I was supposed to show up in the world.
It wasn’t until one day, after years of self-healing, learning, and personal growth, that the answer finally became clear. I was working a job that drained me to my core, feeling disconnected from the person I knew I was meant to be. And then, almost like an epiphany, it hit me-my life is my purpose. The journey I had been on, the struggles I had faced, the healing I had devoted myself to- it was never just for me. It was preparing me to be of service to others.
I thought back to the years I had spent navigating my own inner shifts, often feeling alone, trying to piece together wisdom from different sources. And I asked myself- how different would my journey have been if I had someone to guide me? Someone to remind me of my strength, to create a space for me to be seen, heard, and held in my growth? In that moment, I knew: I wanted to be that person for other women.
I decided to create spaces where women could come together in sisterhood-through women’s circles that foster deep connection and self-growth. I wanted to guide women through their personal transformations, coaching them as they stepped into their power. And I wanted to help them slow down, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and find healing through sound and meditations.
I knew I could succeed in this work because it is my passion-because it is impossible to give up on something that is the core of your being. This calling to help women awaken, heal, and rise is woven into my soul. My own journey gave me the blueprint, and my heart gave me the will to turn it into something real. So I did.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m Zoe Arnold, a Women’s Holistic Empowerment Coach, Women’s Circle Facilitator, Sound Meditation Practitioner, and Content Creator. My mission is to help women step into their fullest potential by providing spaces—both online and in person—where they can heal, grow, and connect.
What sets me apart in this work is that I live and breathe every part of what I offer. My services aren’t just things I studied or observed from the outside—they come directly from my own experiences, from what I know I craved on my own journey, and from what I’ve seen truly create lasting transformation in a woman’s life.
As women, we are naturally intuitive, curious, and deeply connected to the desire to evolve into new and greater versions of ourselves. We seek community, we seek knowledge, and we seek spaces where we can be supported as we uncover our gifts and purpose. But I also know, from personal experience, that trying to do this alone can be overwhelming and isolating. That’s why I made it my mission to create spaces where women can access these resources with ease—whether through one-on-one coaching, women’s circles, or sound healing meditations.
No woman comes into a guidance session, a women’s circle, or a sound healing experience and leaves the same. These spaces are designed to help women tap into their unknown potential, and once that potential is uncovered, we work to amplify it—through healing practices, community support, and shared wisdom.
What I’m most proud of in my work is witnessing the profound transformation that happens when women receive the right support. I’ve seen women step into their confidence, embrace their inner wisdom, and blossom in ways they never thought possible—all because they finally had a space where they felt seen, heard, and empowered. Seeing that growth is the most fulfilling part of what I do.
My Offerings:
1:1 Holistic Empowerment Coaching – I work with women in private sessions, providing a space where they feel truly heard, seen, and supported. Together, we navigate challenges, gain clarity on life’s direction, and create actionable solutions for their growth.
Women’s Circles – I facilitate sacred gatherings where women come together in community. These circles incorporate practices like cacao ceremonies, group drumming, intentional discussions, and sound healing—helping women connect, set intentions, and find true sisterhood.
Sound Healing Meditations – I guide women through meditative sound journeys that help them slow down, tune into their inner wisdom, and release what no longer serves them.
Content Creation & Community – I share empowering messages, spiritual insights, and growth-focused resources on social media to help women evolve. You can connect with me on Instagram and TikTok (@iamzoearnold) and on Facebook at Zoe Arnold. I also invite you to join my Justice Frequency Women’s Circle Facebook group—a space for women to connect, share, and grow together.
I offer both online and in-person women’s circles and coaching sessions, and all of my services can be found at www.iamzoearnold.com.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep passion for spirituality, empowerment, and community. I truly believe that when women come together in support and healing, we create ripples of transformation—not just in our own lives, but in the world around us.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Building my audience on social media was as much an inner journey as it was an external effort. The biggest turning point for me was setting aside my fear of being seen and choosing to show up anyway. So many people hold themselves back because they’re afraid of judgment or think they need huge numbers to succeed—but the truth is, you don’t need a massive following, you just need real connections.
The key to social media success isn’t about chasing followers or viral moments—it’s about showing up authentically and nurturing the audience you do have. It’s not about numbers; it’s about depth. You don’t need thousands of views, you need aligned clients who see you, resonate with your message, and trust in what you offer.
My biggest advice? Don’t get caught up in social media “rules” or trends that don’t feel aligned. Your greatest marketing tool is your authenticity. People can sense when you’re being real, and that’s what draws them in. Pour your creativity into your content, make your social media an extension of who you are, and treat it as a space to share your passion, not just to sell. When you show up with truth and purpose, the right people will find you—and that’s what creates a truly impactful and sustainable business.
Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative?
I think one of the biggest things non-creatives may struggle to understand is that creativity isn’t just a hobby—it’s a way of life, a way of thinking, and for many of us, a calling. Society often conditions people to suppress their creativity, to prioritize logic, structure, and what’s deemed “practical.” So when someone chooses to embrace a creative path, it can be misunderstood or even dismissed. But the truth is, creativity is what sets us free.
When your work is an expression of your creativity, it fuels you even in the hardest moments. It’s not just about making something beautiful—it’s about healing, exploring, and reconnecting with the most authentic parts of yourself. Creativity isn’t reserved for artists, musicians, or entrepreneurs. It’s in all of us. And if you feel disconnected from it, I encourage you to spend more time with yourself—without distractions. Turn off the noise of social media and ask yourself, what did I love to do as a child? Kids are naturally creative because they aren’t bound by limitations. That creativity still exists within you; it was never meant to be shut down, only nurtured.
Whether or not you turn your creativity into a business doesn’t matter. What matters is that you honor it. If you do choose to build something from it, make sure it’s authentic—something you’re proud of, something that reflects you. At the end of the day, creativity is about connection—both with yourself and with others. And for me, that’s what makes it all worth it.
