Alright, Zhenya thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Success, to me, is akin to catching the perfect wave – it involves riding the wave of passion, putting in the effort, and improving with each ride. The key is maintaining balance in it all. It’s that sweet spot where love for what you do intersects with hard work and a sprinkle of determination. It’s not merely a destination; it’s a laid-back journey of dedication and continuous improvement.

Zhenya, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My name is Zhenya Masko, and I am the founder of a private beauty studio of the same name in Beverly Hills 338 N Cannon dr suit 209.
My story begins 6,375 miles from Los Angeles.
Born in a small town deep in Russia’s Ural Mountains.
As a little boy, I dreamt of becoming world-famous. At 18, I moved to Kyiv, Ukraine, and there I remembered who I wanted to be.
Hairdressing art sparked a fire in my soul, and I decided to pursue it.
After a few months of training, I participated in my first fashion show as a hairstylist, and my career skyrocketed from there.
I created collections of haircuts and colorings, was an ambassador for the Kerastase brand, and was constantly learning.
After 7 years, I opened my first private studio, and a few years later, our beauty space became one of the top three salons in Kyiv.
I was also invited to become the exclusive ambassador for the American luxury hair care brand Philip B Botanicals in Eastern Europe.
But I wanted more and felt the call of my soul to move forward.
My wife and I decided to move to America.
I received a Green Card as a talented hairdresser and abstract artist, and 8 years ago we moved to the United States.
The journey wasn’t easy, having to leave all my achievements behind and start from scratch in the City of Angels, Los Angeles.
First, I learned and passed the cosmetology license exam, and then studied English in college.
After a year, I was ready for a new chapter in my dream.
I interviewed at the renowned Giuseppe Franco salon and became part of their team.
I worked there until the pandemic hit, which brought everything to a halt, but the dream remained. Two years later, I opened my own studio in the heart of Beverly Hills.
Hair and hair care is my passion, and I have been in this field for nearly 20 years. Throughout all this time, up to this moment, I have been improving my skills and now I have reached such a level of mastery that any task has become easily surmountable for me. Eight years ago, I moved to Los The main keys to achieving impeccable work quality are: firstly, professionalism and a foundation of knowledge. Constantly expanding techniques and technologies. A high level of tools and products for hair coloring and care..
I still follow my dream, and it’s just the beginning.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Crafting my market rep has been quite the journey, you know? It’s like building a mixtape with various tracks. First up, we’ve got the constant beats of top-notch work – that’s the cornerstone. Clients love knowing they’re getting the good stuff every time.
Then, there’s the art of smooth talk. Clear communication is my secret sauce. It’s not just meeting expectations; it’s about building trust and having a good ol’ chat. Quick replies, addressing concerns – it’s like keeping the conversation flowing throughout the whole project.
And here’s the crowd-pleaser: happy clients spreading the good vibes. Word-of-mouth is my anthem, bringing in fresh listeners. Their shoutouts and testimonials? It’s like hitting repeat on my street cred.
Staying groovy with industry trends is a must. Being ahead of the game lets me drop some innovation beats and stay ahead in the mix.
Networking is where the backstage magic happens. Vibing with peers, hitting industry gigs, and joining the cool forums – it’s not just growing connections; it’s about learning the backstage secrets.
Then, there’s the spotlight moment – showcasing expertise. Whether dropping wisdom in articles or rocking the mic at industry events, it’s about being the rockstar of my field.
Online presence? It’s my virtual stage. Social media and a slick website are where people discover my work. Think of it as dropping regular tracks – before-and-after pics, behind-the-scenes scoops – it keeps the audience hooked.
But let’s not forget the heart of it all – integrity. Trust is my encore, and keeping it real with ethical vibes is non-negotiable. Meeting deadlines and keeping promises? That’s the encore that seals the deal.
So, my market rep is this fusion of quality hits, smooth talk, happy vibes, staying fresh, backstage magic, expertise showcase, online presence, and rock-solid integrity. It’s like a playlist that’s been building up, track by track, creating a vibe that’s uniquely me. 🎶

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best source of new clients in hairstyling and coloring has been word-of-mouth referrals.
Imagine it like a chill hangout with clients – starts with that first meet, vibes into understanding their needs, and the dance begins to deliver A-game service. It’s a bit like a series, might need a few episodes to nail the perfect result, depends on the plot. Key takeaway? Customer care takes the stage, quality is the main act. Then, it’s like a laid-back puzzle – friends spread the word, social scenes talk, and there you are, the cool and in-demand success story.
Satisfied clients recommending my services to friends and family has consistently brought in new business.
Additionally, maintaining a strong online presence through social media and a professional website has attracted clients who discover and appreciate my work through those channels.
