Zeta, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We love heartwarming stories – do you have a heartwarming story from your career to share?
One story stands out to me, one I often reflect on with warmth. A woman came to me during a difficult time in her life. She felt lost in every aspect—her career, her sense of identity, and even her spiritual connection.
She came to our first session in tears, unsure of how to move forward. We started slowly, focusing not on fixing everything at once but on small moments of healing. Each session, I encouraged her to explore her emotions through journaling, guided meditation, and simple acts of self-care. Over time, she began to connect with herself in a way she hadn’t in years, rediscovering her passions and purpose. She felt like she was reclaiming parts of herself she had forgotten.
Seeing her transform from someone who felt broken and lost into a woman full of light and purpose was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career.
I often look back on her journey as a reminder that healing takes time, but with patience, self-compassion, and the right support, people can rediscover their strength.
Zeta, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Thank you for the opportunity to share a bit about myself and the work I do. I’ve always believed that every individual has a unique journey, and mine has been filled with deep moments of self-reflection and transformation. I started my career as a hairstylist, living and working in a fast-paced environment like New York. While rewarding in some ways, never truly aligned with my inner calling. There was always a pull, a quiet nudge that I needed to do something more soulful, something that connected me with people on a deeper level.
Eventually, after years of feeling this pull, I decided to step away from the hair and beauty industry and explore a more spiritual, meaningful way of life. It began with my own healing journey—through meditation, energy work, and reconnecting with my inner self, I discovered a profound sense of peace and clarity. This personal experience sparked the desire to help others navigate their own challenges and transformations, which led me to become a spiritual healer and life coach.
In terms of services, I offer a range of practices designed to guide clients on their healing journey. These include intuitive spiritual coaching, meditation guidance, and energy healing (such as Reiki). My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where people can explore their inner selves, release emotional blocks, and gain clarity on their life’s direction. Many of my clients come to me when they’re feeling stuck—whether that’s due to a personal crisis, a career change, or a general sense of disconnection from themselves or their purpose. I help them reconnect with their true selves, find peace amidst chaos, and chart a path forward that aligns with their soul’s purpose.
What I believe sets me apart is the deeply personalized approach I take with each client. I see my role not just as a coach, but as a guide who walks alongside my clients during their journey. I don’t provide one-size-fits-all solutions; instead, I work closely with each individual to uncover their unique needs and desires, helping them tap into their own inner wisdom. I believe that healing and growth come from within, and my job is to help facilitate that process by offering guidance, insight, and support.
What I’m most proud of in my work is seeing the transformations in my clients. It’s not about grand, overnight changes, but the quiet, steady progress they make as they start to trust themselves again, gain clarity, and feel empowered to live their lives authentically. Seeing people rediscover their joy, heal from past traumas, or find peace after a period of confusion is what makes this work so rewarding.
For potential clients, followers, and fans, I want them to know that my work is about much more than just offering quick fixes. It’s about creating a space for true healing, deep reflection, and personal growth. Whether someone is facing a major life transition, grappling with self-doubt, or simply seeking more meaning in their life, I’m here to offer support and guidance, helping them to connect with their inner strength and move forward with confidence and purpose.
Ultimately, my mission is to help people align with their highest selves, heal from within, and live lives that feel true and fulfilling. This work is my passion, and I’m honored to share it with those who are ready to embark on their own journey of transformation.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
There was a time in my life when I was deeply immersed in the grips of depression and anxiety. On the outside, everything seemed fine—I had a steady job, supportive friends, and a routine that looked stable. But inside, I was struggling. Each day felt like I was walking through fog, unable to see a clear path forward. Anxiety kept me awake at night, with my mind racing over endless worries and “what-ifs,” while depression made it hard to get out of bed in the morning, zapping any sense of joy or motivation.
The breaking point came one evening when I realized I had been going through the motions of life, barely feeling connected to myself or my purpose. I knew something needed to change, but I didn’t know where to begin. Seeking help felt daunting, as I was the type of person to believe I can do everything myself, but I made the decision to start Craniosacral therapy.
Through this journey, I began to unravel years of suppressed emotions, unrealistic expectations I had placed on myself, and past experiences I had never fully processed. But even as I did the inner work, there were days when the weight of anxiety and depression felt unbearable. What ultimately shifted things for me was the discovery of spiritual practices. Meditation, in particular, became a lifeline. At first, it wasn’t easy. Sitting still with my thoughts seemed impossible, but over time, meditation became a safe space where I could observe my emotions without being overwhelmed by them.
I also discovered journaling as a powerful tool to process my feelings. Writing down my anxieties and depressive thoughts allowed me to see them from a distance, and slowly, I began to understand their patterns. I realized that I had been living with a fear of failure, perfectionism, and a belief that I had to have everything figured out.
As I leaned more into spiritual practices—mindfulness, energy healing, and affirmations—I started to reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t like ever before . I learned how to quiet the storm of anxious thoughts and find moments of peace, even when everything around me seemed uncertain. Healing isn’t linear; there were setbacks along the way, but each time I got back up, I became stronger.
Resilience, I learned, wasn’t about never feeling fear or sadness—it was about learning to navigate those emotions without letting them define me. With time, I rebuilt my sense of self, discovered a deeper connection to my intuition, and found joy in the little things again. This experience profoundly shaped my decision to become a spiritual healer and life coach. I realized that just as I had been able to find my way out of the darkness, I could help others do the same.
What kept me moving forward during those challenging years was the belief that there was something greater waiting for me on the other side. And there was. The journey through depression and anxiety taught me to be gentle with myself, to trust the process, and to see challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities for growth.
Today, I carry that resilience into my work with clients who face similar struggles. I’ve walked that path, and I know firsthand that healing is possible. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. That chapter of my life serves as a reminder of the strength that comes from within, and it’s a message I pass on to anyone who feels overwhelmed by their own journey. You are stronger than you think, and the light is always there, even if it feels distant.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
One of the most pivotal moments in my journey as a spiritual healer and life coach came when I faced immense personal and professional uncertainty. After making the bold decision to leave my career as a hairstylist and embark on this new path, I was filled with both excitement and fear. While I knew deep down that I was following my true calling, the transition wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped.
Between invested everything—financially, emotionally, and spiritually—into building a practice that aligns with my passion for helping others and being unemployed for several years due to the pandemic, it was a challenging time to say the least. On top of that I was navigating personal struggles. Doubts crept in: *Had I made a mistake? Could I really make a difference in people’s lives?* The weight of uncertainty was heavy, and there were moments when I considered going back to the comfort of my old career.
But there was a deeper knowing within me, a quiet voice that reminded me why I had taken this leap in the first place. I was called to this work, and that calling wasn’t going to disappear just because things weren’t easy. So, I dug deep and embraced the principles I had learned—trusting the process, surrendering control, and staying grounded in the present moment.
I realize that uncertainty was a test of my commitment to my calling. It strengthened my belief in the work I do, and it taught me that resilience isn’t about pushing through at all costs—it’s about surrendering to the journey, trusting the path, and allowing things to unfold in their own time.
