My personal journey has been driven by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a burning desire to make a difference. After spending a decade in the corporate world, I began to feel trapped in a cycle of repetition, yearning for a more fulfilling path. It was then that I embarked on a transformational journey at Cambridge University, where I pursued an Executive MBA. Surrounded by exceptional minds and inspiring mentors, I gained invaluable insights and refined my understanding of diverse disciplines.

Inspired by my experiences at Cambridge, I decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship, founding Vision IT in 2019, and MSB in 2021. Despite the numerous challenges that crossed our path, including the global pandemic and the war in Ukraine, my team and I remained undeterred. We adapted and persevered, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to overcoming obstacles and embracing change. While immersed in the corporate world, I found solace and excitement in real estate—a passion that eventually led me to embark on a side hustle known as MSB. Founded in 2021 as a family business with my wife, MSB is a proptech company that has evolved from a personal venture into a thriving multi-million dollar business. But the story of MSB traces back to 2017, when the seeds of this entrepreneurial journey were first sown.

Real estate had always captivated my interest, and I realized that pursuing it alongside my corporate career was the perfect way to combine my passion with a viable income stream. The initial allure of the real estate market proved enticing, and I was fortunate to make several successful deals that propelled my side hustle forward.

What began as a hustle soon gained momentum, gradually transforming into a full-fledged enterprise. As MSB gained traction and our ventures proved fruitful, my team and I decided to shift gears in 2022. My wife moved to the States to take the lead, and we committed ourselves wholeheartedly to the growth of MSB, expanding our workforce and intensifying our efforts to achieve even more impressive results.

One piece of advice I have for maintaining high morale is to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and development. In the past, problems used to cause me stress and anguish. However, I have come to realize that every problem happens for a reason. Some arise from our own mistakes and inexperience, while others occur as a result of growth and progress. Regardless of their origin, all problems have the potential to propel us forward and yield better results.

When faced with a challenge, I encourage you to take a deep breath and remind yourself that it is an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
