We recently connected with Zavier Russell and have shared our conversation below.

Zavier, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you tell us a bit about who your hero is and the influence they’ve had on you?

My hero’s are my father and mother Donald and Camille Russell. Donald served as a Deputy at Palm Beach County Sherriff’s office. In fact he was the first African American male to become a officer their. He passed away last year July sadly. He is my hero because, for the last 20 years my father was a dialysis patient, which means he needed a kidney transplant. He endured many more things health wise amputations included. Through it all he fought a hard fight and never gave up. He was as funny and charismatic as ever. He taught me to never give up. Chase my dreams and always keep God first. My mother camille the strongest and kindest woman I know has taken care of my father through it all and for the heart she has, she deserves the world and more.

Zavier, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Hello everyone, my name is Zavier. I’m the owner of “Your Fave Vendor Plug. I create digital products, such as; e-books, vendors lists, and digital planners. I started back I’m 2018 after my late fiance passed away. A few friends told me about digital marketing. I love computers and creating things,so that made perfect sense. I started out on Facebook an grew from there,taking my business to Instagram is where I grew even MORE. Being able to help clients start a business with my vendors lists, or informing them with my ebooks. Makes me feel like I’ve made a difference.

I’d like potential clients to know that I’m all about helping, and helping you or your business grow to new extents. There’s no idea too big or small that can’t be accomplished.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

I keep in touch with my clients through my email funnel and text messages that get sent out when there is any sales,changes,order updates or customer reviews. I make sure to get all orders sent out via email in a timely manner and to keep them updated in between time. That way I get repeat customers and they refer my business to others.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

Instagram and word of mouth has been my best source for attracting clients
