We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Zana Hussain a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Zana thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s jump right into how you came up with the idea?
It was during Covid and I wasn’t able to work for about 4 months and out of pure boredom I decided to create an food/travel account as I was always taking pictures and videos food it started to take off

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I created my travel/food page as a way to show my travels to inspire others to explore new places and to show different restaurants and showcase different dining experiences whether that’s food trucks, mom and pop establishments, or upscale restaurants. I do my best to provide high quality content and will go above and beyond to accurately portray the establishment or experience I am getting content for. I’m most proud of the support to the small businesses that may have not gotten the exposure and are getting increased business from my content.

How did you build your audience on social media?
To build my page and grow followers on my account I just tried to stay consistent and post often to get my content circulating so that more people were seeing what I was posting. I would say just enjoy what you’re posting and have fun with it and be consistent.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
It’s so rewarding for me to hear that people love my content and like scrolling through my page to check out a new restaurant, try a new experience, or find inspiration in travel.
