The Story Behind My Loan Processing Business
The idea for my loan processing company came from my deep love for loan processing itself. As an experienced loan officer, I have always enjoyed the structure, precision, and attention to detail that loan processing requires. There’s something incredibly rewarding about taking a complex loan file, organizing it seamlessly, and ensuring everything aligns perfectly for a smooth closing.
While working as a loan officer, I quickly realized that loan processing is the heart of a loan transaction. It’s what makes or breaks the deal. However, I also saw how overwhelmed many loan officers became with the sheer volume of paperwork, compliance requirements, and back-and-forth communications.
Loan officers should be focusing on generating leads, building client relationships, and growing their business—but instead, they were drowning in processing tasks. I knew there had to be a better way.

Have you ever had to pivot?
My Pivot Story
Before becoming a loan processor, I was in nursing school full-time while also balancing life as a wife and mom of two. I needed a part-time job, but when I landed a loan processing position, it turned out to be full-time. Juggling school, work, and family was overwhelming—I was struggling in every aspect.
Although I had a passion for caring for people, I realized that at that moment, having a stable job was more important. I made the difficult decision to put nursing on hold and commit to the mortgage industry. What started as a necessity soon became a career I truly loved.
Within a year, I grew from loan processor to loan officer and realtor, fully embracing the mortgage industry. Nursing became a thing of the past as I discovered my passion for helping people achieve homeownership and supporting loan officers in closing deals efficiently. Looking back, that pivot was the best decision I ever made.
