Im a proud mom of 2, born and raised in the beautiful state of Alaska, and now settled in Georgia. My entrepreneurial journey spans over 15 years, driven by my passion for creating something meaningful and helping others along the way. After many years in corporate America. I realized I needed something more- a sense of ownership and responsibility that would allow me to pursue my passions on my terms.
My business journey began with photography and videography, assisting other business owners in marketing their products. From there, I expanded into various industries- rentals, debt collection services, and clothing. Today, my latest venture is focused on empowering entrepreneurs like myself by building a business that supports their unique needs,
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
At Be Epic LLC, the most effective strategy for growing our clientele has been delivering value-driven services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether it’s virtual assistance, bookkeeping, or social media management, we focus on providing high-quality solutions that help businesses thrive.
A significant part of our growth comes from word-of-mouth referrals. When you go above and beyond for your clients—meeting deadlines, exceeding expectations, and maintaining open communication—they become your biggest advocates.
Another key strategy has been leveraging social media to showcase our expertise. Regular posts sharing tips, behind-the-scenes content, and success stories have helped build trust and connect with potential clients. Networking at business events and collaborating with other small business owners has also played an essential role in expanding our reach.
In summary, consistency in quality, excellent communication, and community engagement have been the pillars of our growth strategy.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Building our audience on social media has been a journey of authenticity and consistency. When Be Epic LLC started, we focused on identifying the pain points of our ideal clients—busy entrepreneurs and small business owners—and created content that addressed their needs. From posting helpful tips on time management to promoting free resources like eBooks, we’ve ensured our content provides real value.
We also embraced engaging storytelling, sharing not only our services but also client success stories, personal moments of growth, and testimonials. This transparency built trust and allowed our audience to relate to us.
One of our biggest breakthroughs came from using interactive content, like polls, Q&A sessions, and live demonstrations, which helped us connect directly with followers and understand their needs better.
Advice: Start with a clear plan. Identify your target audience, define your brand voice, and set a consistent posting schedule. Don’t just sell—engage, educate, and inspire. Use tools like hashtags, collaborations, and giveaways to expand your reach. And most importantly, stay patient! Building a strong audience takes time and authenticity.
