Za’Charie, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?
The name of my business is BaddieLuxe Hair Company. I created my name back in 2016, because I used to refer to myself as a Baddie on social media, and the word Luxe is short for luxurious and high quality.

I’m an entrepreneur located in Atlanta, Georgia, and I’m the CEO of a trusted luxury hair company. I think what sets my brand apart from other companies is our hair quality and our customer experience. Every month we aim to upgrade our customer experience by providing visuals, special promos, or offering a great deal.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new clients for me has been TikTok. TikTok is a community-based app, and the users are extremely supportive. I would recommend that all businesses create a TikTok account and start promoting. Shoutout to all my TikTok supporters I love yall.

I keep in touch with my customers by sending monthly emails and text messages. Our loyal customers receive exclusive access to deals, special offers, and sales. I think an amazing customer experience fosters brand loyalty, and we try to give our customers the best hair experience through our hair quality, customer service, and packaging.
