We recently connected with Yusuf Stridiron Jr and have shared our conversation below.
Yusuf, appreciate you joining us today. What’s the best or worst investment you’ve made?
The best invest I’ve made over time was Investing in myself and my future. In my early ages I would pick fights all the time , get in trouble at school and at home.When I finished 8th grade going into my freshman year of high school it was as if a switch had been flipped. I began taking my future seriously, I knew then I was a leader, provider and someone people can depend on and the conclusion that I came up with was entrepreneurship.When I graduated from Overbrook High school I went to Trade ,Real estate and Massage Therapy school shortly after and began investing into furthering my education in various fields and industries
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Originally I had dreams of becoming a professional football player but once reality set in. I had to pivot and go to my Plan B which was Entrepreneurship, I’ve always had leadership qualities and certain tools at an early age that most entrepreneurs I would say have. When I graduated high school I went to community college with my focus in Business Management. Unfortunately I only completed a semester before I withdrew from the school and decided to go to trade school for HVAC. At that time I didn’t know anything about hvac or how it would be beneficial but after talking to a family friend and other members of the hvac community I knew that was the door I need to walk through in order to achieve my end goal. I graduated my hvac courses in March of 2020 days before the world shut down due to the global pandemic. In April of 2021 I worked for an hvac company and once I got the experience of working in people homes and businesses. I realized I could be even more of an asset by going back to school and learning each of the other trades to be able to provide a wide range of services for my clients as of January 2023 I had three diplomas One in Hvac , One in Building Maintenance and Another in Electrical. This is what set me apart from a lot of other contractors the ability to wear different hats and provide the same 5star service no matter what my client is asking for. I am currently working on obtaining my Real Estate & Massage Therapy bridging the gap between all three fields providing various services for our clients to choose from. HEXACO INC is not your ordinary business that just has one focus. When I form HEXACO INC September of 2023 the idea was to become a company that you can trust and depend to solve or fix any problem or situation a homeowner, fellow business owners and even government agencies can use to fulfill their needs

My Honesty and Commitment with helping each client is what I believe help build my reputation
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source today would still be word of mouth and social media , but having billboards and commercials is the next step to informing our current and potential clients about the services we provide
