Yulia, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Consistency. Persistency. Discipline. Love.

You don’t wake up being successful without dedicating lots of time achieving what you want. Your goal must become your family member in order for you both to become “whole” to work together the best way possible. Through failures and trial you will get what you want, you must rely only on yourself and understand that this is your “road to stars”. The whole way of becoming successful is a self-growth, opportunity to become better, confidence, and maturity.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I’m a content creator from New York City who sees the world through an art and covers all things in beauty, fashion, wellness and lifestyle. I bring out the brightest and most unique perspective of each brand in order to highlight the best features of its idea. My work can be described as bright, colorful, minimalistic, standing out, urban, millennial style, natural and creative.

I started off from “zero” without having a single clue what the digital content creation industry is about, I have struggled through finding the right way to approach to brands, talk to beauty partners, negotiate, have business plan, and communicate in this entrepreneur brunch in general. Every day is definitely still a lesson, development is about discovering new things, either they are bad or good. I wake every day with a thought that this is the right day, I never think they are the same, I love what I am doing, I am hundred percent involved in what I am doing, and I see a mind-blowing success ahead of me, because efforts are all!

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

Being constantly creative – makes you exhausted and there are days, when you think that your muse is on vacation, but it is only our brain’s games. I am an endless resource, which is exposing itself in order to impress, amaze, surprise, controverse, inspire, and delight. The best reward is that unique reaction you get from each follower of your art, either it is positive or negative.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

I personally have certain amount of gorgeous hard-working people, who are achieving the same goal as me, we maintain this connection in order to support, love, and advise each other if needed. Being a leader of a group of people means taking responsibility and being dedicated to a well-being of a common success, as well as, making hard choices, each decision is on you. Regardless of being in charge of people maintaining piece, rules, order, and respect – feeling that you are a part of something important in a leader position gives you more power to inspire yourself, people, and know that you are doing it right.
