YS, appreciate you joining us today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?

Way before I was born my parents were always into fitness/wellness. Therefore, growing up I was always introduced to healthy foods & new ways of living well.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I founded Good For Life out of sheer inspiration and with the motivation for people to live a better lifestyle through fitness and wellness. Good For Life contains four different protein flavors (coconut, cocoa, vanilla, and cookies & cream) and three different liver washes (pineapple, watermelon, & mango). My goal is for people to enjoy living a better lifestyle rather dreading the idea of taking a supplement. I am most proud of making my parents proud and continuing their lineage of healthy living!

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

Absolutely! Supply chain issues was a major fight during our years being active during covid as it certainly slowed down the process of developing and maintaining key ingredients. But with lots of patience we got through it. We still experience these issues but now we have a hold on how to maneuver around it.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

A lesson I’ve learned is that you can’t make everyone happy. Sometimes people complain about the prices being too high not knowing that due to inflation the prices have to be costed that way. I had to stick to the price and continue to believe in what I am doing as a brand.
