We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Yoshua Ramirez. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Yoshua below.
Yoshua, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?
Success has many definitions and will vary by person.
I will say that it takes three main ingredients for any type of success: A strong mindset, great discipline and an insurmountable amount of resilience… Why these three ingredients? Over the past 30 months or 2.5 years, I have gathered with me an outstanding amount of knowledge from what I consider successful individuals and experiences that have given me the opportunity to develop these three skills. These are skills that I believe anyone can develop at any point in their lives.
Why a strong mindset? A strong mindset will act as the glue to keep every aspect together such as the overall vision, motivation, discipline, resilience, positivity, mindfulness, confidence, self-love, and self-accountability, and help you keep going on the hardest moment of life.
Why discipline? Discipline is what is necessary to push yourself on doing the things that might not feel as gratifying as doing something that feels easier or better, but it will help you become your best version. A simple example is the gym because you know very well… that exercise is good for the body but it feels much better/easier staying in bed or delaying it.
Why an insurmountable amount of resilience? Simple, because is very easy to let other people’s comments intervene with unsupportive thoughts, to let ourselves quit with excuses, and stop pushing ourselves after failing once, twice, 100, or even 1,000 times.
“If you want to win, you don’t need to be the smartest, a lot of times you don’t even need to be the best, you just need to be that person that NEVER…GIVES…UP… and we all know that one person no matter what you throw at them, no matter how many times you knock them down, they’re gonna get up and they’re gonna stand in glory and in honour and face their issues head-on… That person… that is the person you need to be”. – evolvez motivation

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Yoshua Ramirez. I’m 22 years old and I am a REALTOR, Investor, and Student of Life. I like to think that for the past 30 months or 2.5 years, I have led myself to become the best version of myself and influence those around me. Is truly a never-ending lesson that life has to offer.
I obtained my REALTOR licence about a year ago on July 2022, and I have had the chance to create multiple smiles, learn from high-pressure situations, connect with many individuals and achieve many great things. Some might think that selling houses at 22 years old is a great thing and some might think is not. I can prove why selling with me is the best thing you can do.
1. I have bought myself a property, not just a personal one but an investment property that makes me a full salary. So I guide my clients and teach from experience.
2. I’m young and ambitious to make a living, therefore I will list and sell your house for as much as possible because if you win BIG, I win too.
3. If you want to buy. I will do everything I can to get the house at the best possible price. It might be your biggest purchase, therefore I want to guide you on taking the best financial decision. I now know what a buyer might be feeling.
4. You can WOW and brag to your friend and family about how good of a deal you got on buying or selling with a younger REALTOR.
5. You’ll get to take a picture with the GOLDEN Key. Gold symbolizes well-being, success, abundance and accomplishment bringing positive energy.
I have decided to make “MeetYoshua” my personal brand name. Why? Because is easy to remember, the instructions are directly in the name! Meet Yoshua. That’s all you have to do to get started. You just have to Meet Yoshua.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
I have had the biggest pivots of my life in the past 2.5 years. I will highlight the 5 Biggest.
1. I had the chance to live for 8 months in 2 different states giving me the first experience of budgeting, paying bills, cooking, cleaning, groceries and simply taking care of myself and my former partner.
2. When I open my mind to learn new opportunities and left college to follow my dreams and put myself on the best path to achieving them.
3. Obtaining my real estate licence and becoming a REALTOR.
4. Selling my incredibly reliable, paid-off, well-taken care of and affordable insurance CAR to save and invest in something better for my life.
5. Buying my first property at 22 years old.
All these decisions/pivots in my life came with a high risk, nerves of steel, lots of self-confidence in myself and a priceless learning opportunity for growth.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
I have read well over 40 different books that have given me the knowledge, tools and skills I have learned to implement I’m my life.
Books such as; All the Books of Robert Kiyosaki, The Big Leap, The 5 Second Rule, Miracle Morning, Outwitting the Devil, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, The Compound Effect, The Richest Man in Babylon, Atomic Habits, Seth Speaks, Think Like a Monk, Hyperfocus, The Millionaire Next Door, The Psychology of Money, The 4-hour workweek, How to win Friends & Influence People, Grand Transitions, The Millionaire Fastlane, The Laws of Human Nature, The Power of Positive Thinking, Think and Grow Rich, Buy Back Your Time, The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, SOLD, and other titles.
