We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Yeshua Hannah a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Yeshua, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
I started The Steward Groupe, on the primicias of we don’t own anything in life. We are merely stewards & stewardess of people, possessions, and places. The Industry of Information Technology is always improving and being redesigned. I believe people play a big part, and we are responsible for leaving things better than how we found them.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I am a Chrisitian who loves Jesus Christ, he is my lord and savior. I love American football ( I am a Dallas Cowboys fan). I enjoy art, paintings, sculptures, and most types of music genres. I enjoy trying to understand creative people and their
unique perspectives on life. I got into Information Technology (IT) and did not realize it almost 16 years ago. It first started
with cell phones, I used to sell them, and fix them on the side. My love for technology kept growing into what it is today.
I enjoy fixing and repairing computers, installing software, and teaching others about the benefits of using technology.
I serve clients by creating an IT infrastructure solution for their business model. I also look for ways to help them save and reduce the cost on how much they spend on IT. What separates my business from others, is our ethics, the relationships we maintain and establish. Doing what’s best for our clients, not our pockets, we want to empower people and businesses by understanding how to leverage technology so it works for their needs. I am very proud of the solutions and training we provide, by building very good rapport with clients, even if they decide to go another route.
We are an ethical IT company that loves to serve others.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Be yourself, listen and understand the value people bring to the business. Having transparent communication with clients and employees who we do business with.
Recognize and acknowledge good work.
Addressee and manage conflict as soon as possible.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Having a good rapport with our clients and employees while being transparent with their IT solutions even if it’s not with us.
